How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your event. Standard turnaround is 5–7 days, but we always suggest extra buffer time for peace of mind.
Can I mix Classic and Gentle scents?
Yes! Grand Celebration and Full Experience packages allow you to mix scents across both our Classic and Gentle lines.
Do you provide label design?
Yes — we handle the design for you. Just send us your event details and theme, and our team will create a label proof for your approval before production.
Is rush processing available?
Yes, for urgent orders. Rush fees apply depending on quantity and timeline. Contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Are the colognes safe for babies at the event?
Absolutely. Both Kaui Classic and Kaui Gentle are DEET-free, paraben-free, and safe for newborns — perfect for christenings and children's parties.
Can I see a sample before committing?
We provide a digital label proof before production. For large orders (100+), sample bottles may be arranged — ask us when you enquire.
